Pillow Cushion™ and Bow Tie™ module straps

The idea behind the Pillow cushion and Bow Tie system is to allow you to custom cut and replace the cushion part of the cervical  headgear system. We reduced the conventional Cervical headgear into two components:
The Pillow cushion and the Bow Tie (attaches to cushion and force/release modules)

Pillow cushions are available in 5 meter rolls or pre cut to length. Pillow cushion is used to cushion the patient's neck. It is breathable and very soft. 

Pillow cushion rolls allow you to custom cut the headgear to the patient's exact needs. Custom cut your headgear cushion with dull scissors and the edges of the cushions seal. Cut with sharp scissors and the edge reveals the foam inside.

The Bow Tie straps attach to the force/release modules. The Bow Tie straps attach to the Pillow cushion with Velcro hooks. 

Bow Tie straps have three module attachment locations to accommodate patient sizes

Econo Bow Ties have one module attachment location but are available in two sizes.

Cut the Pillow cushion roll (5 meter) to the
exact required length to make a custom
cushion.
Make a custom headgear using Bow Tie (to attach force/release modules) and attach the Bow Ties and modules to the Pillow Cushion with it's Velcro material
