Quick IDBS Indirect bonding tray forms are plastic sheets which are used to form the silicon materials into a smaller/smoother form of the indirect bonding tray.  The plastic is of the "just right" thickness and composition to be rigid enough to form the silicon yet soft enough to smooth the silicon through the plastic with simple finger pressure.

You can see from this picture that there is an occlusal sheet and a sheet which is used around the buccal/facial surface of the tray.
