This chart shows the relationship between  force level (vertical axis) and strap extension (horizontal axis) of our patented NITI springs.

The grey zone is the zone within which the headgear module's spring is allowed to move.  Note the virtually flat force curve within this zone.

How the constant force module works:

As patients move their head up and down, the module strap changes force level with regular modules (progressive force).   Our constant force modules are powered by superelastic NITI springs that give virtually a constant force at all strap extensions.

Patients tell us that this style headgear is just "more comfortable" than progressive force (stainless steel springs) headgear.    We believe the reason for this is the pressure they experience does not change as their posture changes.

So unique it's patented.  We use advanced materials to improve headgear treatment.

Easy to fit- force level is virtually the same at all strap extensions

More comfortable orthodontic headgear modules -                           .

The benefit to your patient is a headgear providing the same force level at all postures.

The benefit to an orthodontist is a  headgear which is easy to fit and comfortable to patients.
