OKC Straps are made with a cotton cushion wrap for breathable and washable comfort.  The colored module strap on the top is made from nylon.  This makes the load bearing portion of the headgear more durable than others with cotton module straps. The module strap allows three module attachment locations. It can accommodate your smallest patients and largest teens all with one strap. The seen colored module straps are a nice contrast to the black cotton cushion wrap.

The Comfort ™ brand cervical cushion is a thicker and softer cushion.  It is made entirely from cotton.  It is breathable.

Did you ever notice that headgear cushions lose their cushioning with excellent patient wear?  The cushion portion loses some of it's loft with each washing.  Why not replace the cushion part?

Regular cushions are usually 7.5" long. It this the right size for every patient?  Why can't someone offer a cervical headgear that allows an orthodontic office to custom fit the cushion to each patient for maximum comfort?    

Pillow Cushion roll and Bow Ties meet these needs. You can custom cut the Pillow Cushion to make a cervical headgear cushion that is just right for your patient.   You can also give them replacement cushions so that when their headgear becomes a but dirty (from their excellent wear!) they just throw out the cervical cushion (keep the Bow Tie Strap and modules).    

The Bow Ties are the load bearing portion of the headgear and are made in several bright popular colors.  The Pillow Cushion is made from our special breathable synthetic cushion with self-sealing edges when cut with dull scissors. 

To fit, just measure the length of Pillow Cushion you require. Take your dull scissors (Dull scissors are made by dulling the blades of regular scissors).  Cut the desired length of cushion and attach the Bow Tie straps and your force/release modules and facebow!  It's really quite simple!
